this seems to be the same Charizard that has already been distributed in other countires

Dutch pokemon sites are reporting shiny charizard (holding Charizardite Y) distributions at Game Mania stores via wi-fi.

There is no official report of the distrution yet, but the sites say it will run from 1 june till 21 june for both X/Y as OR/AS
