They are there to advertise (usually sites where you can buy things). They sign up and will make posts contianing links or they will have links in their sigs. They are pretty much everywhere and annoying. Some are computer programs but some are also real people.

Bot accounts? How the heck do you make a bot account? Is it like Serebii bot or something that automatically posts stuff or whatever? Like, what do these bot things do? I've never really learned any decent information on them. :/

I'm doing an early study for an upcoming social exam based on some government thing, about the legeslature, the cabinets, the speaker, the positions various members sit at... Ugh, hard work. Then I have to learn about these hardcore vocabulary which legitimately might take one week to master. How about you?
