It would be nice. I don't know enough about galleries and forums to set one up.
If you want to give me intructions or I suppose I could do something like start a thread "LLR's Shinies" or even "PIF Shinies" in the gallery forum.

Do I need to do anything with my shiny post?

if the image is very big then it would be better so the page doesn't get stretched
an image host is better than using the attachment function it saves us space and you can upload bigger things
there is no limit

If I want to post a picture do you prefer that I use a spoiler tag?
Do you prefer it be hosted on another site like photobucket or Imgur?
and do you have max/min sizes?
