As you can see, the forums are having severe technical difficulties, hence, I have created a backup forum for discussion, while I try to fix/migrate the data.

About the skin: maybe you can take a screenshot and just color the parts how you want it. Then write down which color you used. I should also tell you how the different parts of the layout are called so you can use the correct names. I don't know if you know what I mean^^;
The thing about vbulletin 4 is that it also doesn't really have that many changes that actually interest me and the admin control panel stayed the same...which really needs a make over IMO. Yesterday I read about vBulletin 5 being released this year...

Now that you mention it, I really don't know how to properly go about doing that. I was thinking about making a banner, and then sort of setting the color scheme for things like text, menu title bar things, and other stuff. I use to make forum skins back I had forums, so I figured the same principle could be applied to vBulletin. I'm glad you're not upgrading because there are a few things I didn't like about vB4 either. I find it a lot more confusing than this version of vBulletin.
I'm not sure whether the other staff would agree with that. I'll ask I guess.
Sure! That would be very nice. How would you do it though? I am not going to upgrade, because I'd have to buy a new license to get vBulletin 4, which would be quite expensive especially since PI isn't that active. And I don't like some things about vB4.
Virtual Headache, is it possible for you to make it so that Participating Site Members are displayed on the Forum Leaders page? O,O; I'm kind of the only active Participating Site Member right now and I know my activity has not been very good, but it would make me happy to be seen on the Forum Leaders Page. If it's something you can't do, then that's okay. ^^;
I was also wondering if I could make a forum skin? I'm not aware if you plan to upgrade to the recent vBulletin(like the kind at Serebii), so I've been holding off in terms of asking. I love the skins that are here, but the only way I can fully contribute here is through art. xD I can post a lot, but my biggest strength is art.
