it's been so long
hope you are doing okay

Sorry VH,
I've been using mostly my phone the last 2 weeks and missed this.

Heat, Ice, distraction help.
I tend to do a small burst of something.
Then spend awhile getting rid of the pain and another small burst.
If I let it go for too long it keeps me awake at night and then lack of sleep makes the pain worse the next day...

I've got some pretty flowers to start with.
I'd better get motivated to get some record keeping going or else.

Sorry you're having such a rotten time of it again...

I hope your pain gets better. Is there any kind of therapy that may help you?
hybridizing plants sounds very in teresting.

I feel there is always room for growth...
I've pretty much given up on a long held dream of working full time with my rocks and jewelry making.
I work on something for about 45 minutes and my back starts screaming...I find in difficult to pick back up where I left off especially with my cabachons. Also if I push and try to work once I start hurting I mess them up. The discomfort just interferes with my concentration too much.

I think I may have figured out something to give me some focus for the next few years.
I finally found a place in my house that plants seem to be happy.
I'm going to see how I do at hybridizing African Violets. This is a just for me project.
We'll see. Something to work towards while I figure out how to get my pain under better control.
