    Glad you aren't worse.
    Sorry you aren't better.
Not hearing from the University sucks!
Is there someone you can call to find out what's going on?

The only way through tough times is a day at a time, well sometimes it's five minutes at a time.

Not as great as I'd like to say, but no worse. Still heard nothing from university, so dunno what I'm gonna do now.

Just a saying "Hi" and hang in there.

There is something someone told me years ago when I was going through an especially rough time.

"The most difficult time in your life is the one you're going through right now Nothing in past even compares. It doesn't matter what's making your life difficult either."

What's something good that happened today?

    No

Having been in and out of depression several times, I understand.

Having making poor grades only made mine worse when I was in Nursing School. I actually flunked out then had to make a special request before they would let me back in.
    Yeah moving around definitely helps.

Taking citalopram (an anitdepressant), only a low dosage at moment, seeing if it helps or not.

Yeah, I do try and walk outside when I can, especially since weather's been getting warmer recently. Though still find it hard to keep concentration when I've been sitting in my room for a while.

Depression makes everything hard. It absolutely ruins concentration and focus.
    Making it hard to learn.

What kind of treatments are they offering you?
Maybe withdrawing (my Nephew with drew a couple of times because of his mental health problems) then going back when you're better able to cope with the stresses is a good idea for you.

I'll also suggest a 15 min walk outside every day.
Something about walking and being in natural daylight can work wonders over time.

Likely several things, doctors thinking depression is a problem.

I can basicallly withdraw and return later, do need to go through some sort of process, not sure about all details.

Have you been able to figure out how come you aren't doing well? (been out of school too long and need to relearn school habits; not the right background knowledge for the courses or ...?

Can you withdraw without having to re-apply?
I don't know how Euro Uni work but in US a withdrawal is sometimes easier to get back in than a fail.

Well could always carry on, see if I can get a pass, depending on if the work I've done so far is good enough.

Problem is, got so much stuff to catch up on.

Not had much luck with jobs outside university, hence why I decided to go.
