There is something someone told me years ago when I was going through an especially rough time.
"The most difficult time in your life is the one you're going through right now Nothing in past even compares. It doesn't matter what's making your life difficult either."
Having been in and out of depression several times, I understand.
Having making poor grades only made mine worse when I was in Nursing School. I actually flunked out then had to make a special request before they would let me back in.
Yeah moving around definitely helps.
Depression makes everything hard. It absolutely ruins concentration and focus.
Making it hard to learn.
What kind of treatments are they offering you?
Maybe withdrawing (my Nephew with drew a couple of times because of his mental health problems) then going back when you're better able to cope with the stresses is a good idea for you.
I'll also suggest a 15 min walk outside every day.
Something about walking and being in natural daylight can work wonders over time.
Have you been able to figure out how come you aren't doing well? (been out of school too long and need to relearn school habits; not the right background knowledge for the courses or ...?
Can you withdraw without having to re-apply?
I don't know how Euro Uni work but in US a withdrawal is sometimes easier to get back in than a fail.
