I have read it, and I reacted. Btw on the question about your gym. First you need to train/catch, some none uber pokemon, all of the same typing. And please use a type that hasn't been used. Maybe Ice? Poison? Bug? Psychic? Some typings are already claimed by people that have yet to start their gyms.
